Shipping Location​

Timepieces purchased from The Golden Time may only be shipped for delivery within India. We are unable to ship internationally. All products are subject to availability. In the event that we are out of stock, you will be notified by the next business day. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply; to supply only part of an order; or to divide an order into multiple shipments to expedite delivery. We also reserve the right to change the terms or duration of any special offers or sales promotions.

Payment Methods

The Golden Time accepts the following forms of payment for online purchases:

  • MasterCard
  • UPI (Gpay, PayTm, and other wallets)

The Golden Time will only accept credit or debit cards issued in India. Upon online approval of your credit card, your order will be processed, and your credit card will be charged. All taxes, if any, due on your online transaction will be charged as required by applicable laws. All taxes are calculated and included in the final price on the Billing Page.

To streamline our process and ensure smooth, secure transactions, we ship products only after receiving payment confirmation:

  •  Dispatch is initiated only after full payment is successfully received and verified.
  • Once your payment is verified, we proceed with packaging and hand over the shipment to our courier partner.

We aim to make the delivery experience smooth and affordable for every customer.

  • Free delivery is available on orders above ₹1,500 within India.

  • For orders below ₹1,500, a standard shipping charge will apply (visible during checkout before final payment).

  • Any additional delivery fee for remote, high-security, or non-serviceable PIN codes will be communicated before dispatch, only if applicable.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.

Delivery Time

Our standard delivery time for product purchases from our website is 5-8 working days from the dispatch date. We partner with trustworthy courier services that can deliver your products on time and in good condition. However, in some critical scenarios, there may be a delay in your product’s delivery by a few days. Note that the time to deliver your packages can vary depending on time zones and location. We insure your goods until they reach your doorstep enabling a 100% safe purchasing environment.

Safety

We ensure each parcel is delivered in the hand of the recipient and signed for. To deliver the package to the recipient, we follow an authorization method where we request an OTP on the provided number/ identity proof verification at the time of delivery. Please ensure that the product delivered matches the standards of the product ordered. In the event of a discrepancy, you can specify on the delivery note any anomaly or issue you have encountered upon delivery. You will also need to contact our customer service and inform us of the issue.
