This Exchanges and Returns Terms & Conditions Policy (“Policy”) is established by TGTLUXE (A digital venture by The Golden Time), a timepiece retailer (“Company”), to provide a comprehensive framework governing exchanges and returns of products purchased from TGTLUXE. By engaging in any purchase transaction with TGTLUXE, you are hereby deemed to acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Policy.
1. No Returns or Exchanges
TGTLUXE unequivocally and categorically does not entertain or facilitate returns or exchanges under any circumstances. All sales are deemed final, and once a product has been sold, it is neither eligible for return nor exchange.
2. Order Cancellation
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled under any circumstances.
Damaged or Defective Products
If the product has a manufacturing defect or is damaged during transit, the customer must notify us immediately upon receiving the item.
The product will undergo a quality check to confirm the defect or damage.
Refund Eligibility
If it is determined that the defect or damage is due to manufacturing issues or transit, the customer will be eligible for a refund.
Refunds will be processed within 7-8 working days after the issue is verified.
Final Decision

2. Absence of Exclusive Warranty by TGTLUXE
It is important to be cognizant of the fact that products sold by TGTLUXE are not covered by any exclusive warranty provided by TGTLUXE as an independent entity. We do not extend any warranty beyond that which is expressly provided by the respective brand.
3. Application of Respective Brand Warranty
The timepieces offered by TGTLUXE are authentic products of their respective brands and are thereby protected by the exclusive warranty policies defined by these brands. This warranty coverage, in all its facets, falls entirely under the purview of the concerned brand.
4. Warranty Claim Assistance
TGTLUXE, as an element of our extended customer service, may provide support and assistance in the initiation of warranty claims for products experiencing genuine issues. In such cases, we are committed to helping customers connect with the parent brand to ensure a smooth warranty process.
5. Customer Responsibility for Warranty-Related Shipping Charges
In instances where customers opt to seek TGTLUXE’s assistance for warranty-related support, it is incumbent upon the customer to assume responsibility for all associated two-way shipping costs. This encompasses the transportation of the product to TGTLUXE’s premises and its subsequent return.
6. Policy Modification Authority
It is hereby established that TGTLUXE retains exclusive authority to modify any aspect of the Exchanges and Returns Terms & Conditions Policy. These modifications may be made at the sole discretion of TGTLUXE and may be implemented without prior notice.
Governing Jurisdiction
This Exchanges and Returns Terms & Conditions Policy is governed and executed under the jurisdiction of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, for any legal matters or disputes that may arise.
